Project Manager (with a focus on technological innovation - Multimedia)

About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in operational coordination, client management, and end-to-end project follow-up, who also has the interest and ability to drive technological improvements, workflow optimization, and the adoption of tools aligned with the evolution of the translation and language services industry. Experience in managing multimedia localization, audiovisual, or other multimedia-related projects will be highly valued.

We are seeking an organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven professional, with a strategic mindset regarding processes and a strong ability to thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle: coordination, communication, quality, timelines, costs, and continuous improvement, while actively participating in innovation and process automation initiatives.

Main responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, from request intake to final delivery.
• Maintain clear, agile, and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Confirm receipt of requests, assess feasibility, and define operational priorities.
• Coordinate internal and external resources according to capacity, complexity, and deadlines.
• Create, manage, and monitor projects in Plunet or similar platforms.
• Oversee workflows, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
• Review deliverables before final delivery to the client.
• Keep documentation updated, including client profiles, processes, references, and support materials.
• Participate in proposals for complex or technology-driven projects.
• Collaborate on automation, continuous improvement, optimization, and process standardization initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with QA, Vendor Management, and Operations teams.

Desired profile

• Previous experience in Project Management, operational coordination, or project management in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of the translation/localization industry or language services, or strong adaptability to this type of operation.
• Experience using project management tools and CAT tools.
• Genuine interest in technology applied to processes, productivity, and quality.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, sound judgment, and results orientation.
