The client is looking for an IT & Process Optimization Specialist to support and improve its internal technology ecosystem, optimize workflows, and contribute to the finding and implementation of new tools, including AI-driven solutions, as well as collaborate with DTP and multimedia tasks if time permitting.This is a hybrid role combining IT support, process optimization, with hands-on DTP and multimedia production support. The person will play a key role in organizing and scaling the company’s technology infrastructure while also collaborating with multilingual production workflows when required. This position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is comfortable working across both technical and production environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze current technology setup and identify inefficiencies, gaps, andimprovement opportunities
• Recommend and implement tools and platforms (e.g., email systems, accountingsoftware, cloud storage solutions)
• Manage and optimize cloud environments (including improving current file-sharingsetups)
• Support decision-making around the company’s technology stack
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across systems
• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot technical issues
• Support the exploration and implementation of AI tools and automation to improveworkflows
• Collaborate with leadership on defining and executing a technology roadmap
• Support website updates or coordinate improvements with external vendors
•Document processes, systems, and best practices

Requisitos

Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, systems, or technology-related roles
• Good understanding of cloud tools, software implementation, and general ITenvironments
• Experience or exposure to selecting and implementing tools (e.g., GoogleWorkspace, QuickBooks, cloud storage solutions)
• Interest or experience in AI tools and process automation
• Experience in Desktop Publishing (DTP), preferably in multilingual or localizationenvironments
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research solutions and workindependently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Experience in small to mid-sized companies is a plus
• Advanced level of English
