Role Overview
As an SDR focused exclusively on North America, you will engage with pre-identified target accounts provided by the company. Your mission is to initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and generate a strong pipeline for the Account Executive team.
You will act as the first point of contact for prospects in the United States and Canada, representing the company in a professional and consultative manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outreach campaigns toward a predefined list of North American target accounts.
- Engage decision-makers (Marketing, Localization, Digital, Regulatory, Product teams).
- Conduct cold calls, personalized email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Adapt messaging to the North American market and business culture.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand localization and global communication challenges.
- Identify potential needs related to translation, regulatory content, digital localization, and multilingual marketing.
- Qualify opportunities using defined frameworks (BANT, MEDDICC, or internal methodology).
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives covering North America.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and activity tracking (Apollo and Hubspot).
- Provide structured feedback on market responses and messaging effectiveness.
KPIs and Success Metrics
- Qualified meetings booked (North America accounts).
- Pipeline generated for the North American market.
- Conversion rate (contact to meeting to opportunity).
- Outreach performance metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches).
Requisitos
Profile
Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or business development.
- Experience working in the translation, localization, or language services industry is required.
- Experience in SaaS, localization, language services, or international B2B services is a plus.
Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).
- Comfortable working US business hours or partially overlapping time zones.
- Strong phone presence and confidence in cold outreach.
- Structured, organized, and KPI-driven.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Apollo and Hubspot)
