We are looking for a remote interpreting scheduler to join the team!

The scheduler is responsible for handling our client calls and minimal scheduling for appointments. The Scheduler
should be able to receive requests and analyze them to determine the best workflow to ensure the project is assigned on time, choosing the best suppliers, within budget, according to the company’s high standards and to client’s expectations.

They should be able to follow up on the different tasks, troubleshoot any inconveniences, track and analyze project performance, providing updates to the supervisor or other team leads as necessary.

Position is very fast paced. Candidate must be a critical thinker, active team member and have the ability to multi task and prioritize assigned duties. Candidate should also be able to suggest and implement better practices to work more efficiently and meet customers’ needs, proving to be independent , self-managing and proactive.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Answer incoming calls to triage and schedule appointments for our clients based on approved protocols.
* Intake all client demographic information to register them in our proprietary software.
* Answer client’s questions about appointments and communicate information accurately.
* Make outgoing calls to clients and interpreters who missed or cancelled appointments and to reschedule as needed.
* Excellent communication with other schedulers to ensure that all calls are being returned in a timely manner and voicemails are checked frequently.

* Confirm schedules with interpreters day prior and send them details via email.
* Ensure that cancelled appointments are communicated by phone and email to all involved parties

TASKS:

* Manage requests for interpretation services providing exemplary customer service over the phone and via email.

* Manage subcontractor interpreters communication and relationships with professionalism.

* Manage negotiation regarding rates according to budget.

* Ensure that client requests are assigned on time, within budget, and to the company’s high standards.

* Ensure data entry when needed, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Requisitos

REQUIREMENTS:

* Advanced/Bilingual English level, both written and spoken
* Previous experience in the interpretation industry
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, One Note)

* Full time availability, from Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm PST
* Located in Argentina

* At least 25 years old
