We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a remote, full-time role designed for individuals with a strong interest in sales, communication, and client engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting the company’s expansion efforts in collaboration with the sales and production teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation/Prospecting: build targeted lists for warm/cold calling, warm/cold emailing and other relevant sales campaigns; conduct warm/cold call and email campaigns; conduct prospecting and outreach on LinkedIn.

  • Lead Qualification: qualify clients based on ICPs, project needs and timing.

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: with existing and prospective clients via follow-up campaigns (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.); help with scheduling and coordination of in-person campaigns.

  • Manage Pipeline: track and manage leads, document and report in CRM, follow up on leads, maintain appropriate level of new leads and activity.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Production Teams: collaborate with sales and production teams on quoting, estimating, scheduling and closing business.

Requisitos

  • Experience: Sales, business development, customer service, cold calling, appointment setter, or similar roles.

  • Academic Background: University degree preferred.

  • Skills: Very strong written and spoken English, clear communicator, attention to detail, lead list building, research skills.

  • Languages: English, Spanish.

  • Technology: General computer skills, experience with cloud-based applications.

  • Personality: Quick thinker, witty, personable, likable, persistent, team-oriented, organized, detail-oriented.

  • Remote position

  • Full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift between 7am and 6pm Pacific Time)

  • Unpaid 1-hour lunch break

  • Tools provided: Google Workspace, soft phone (Google Voice), video conferencing (Google Meet or Zoom), CRM (Monday.com or HubSpot), e-signature (Google Docs or Dropbox Sign), cloud storage (Google Drive or Dropbox), VPN, Slack, PDF editor, LinkedIn

  • 15 calendar days of paid vacation per year (must be requested 21 days in advance)

  • Specific national holidays (USA and Argentina)
