We are currently hiring for a Business Development Sales Representative for our Telephone Interpreting division. If you’re a motivated experienced sales professional and want a role where you are instrumental in partnering with companies, enabling them to ensure their words are “heard” by customers, colleagues, associates, and suppliers in the expanding global world of today, then this is the opportunity for you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development Identify and build relationships with target companies, you will assist in identifying these targets.
  • Lead generation - Acquiring new clients by generating leads and opportunities from proactive activities such as phone outreach, email, social media, virtual meetings and in person meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, webinar’s etc.
  • Leading and managing the entire sales process including lead generation, cold calling, qualification, solution development, proposal delivery, presentation, negotiation and close.
  • Managing new clients’ implementation by directing company implementation resources and by managing clients’ expectations and satisfaction with the implementation process. ·
  • Post-sale partnership with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction post implementation and seamless on-going service delivery.
  • Tracking, maintaining, and reporting on prospects, leads and opportunities monthly via Company CRM to ensure targets and goals are achieved.

Requisitos

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in translation, interpretation or language services.
  • Proven HUNTER with experience of cold calling for new business
  • Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
  • Four-year college degree
  • Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability ·
  • PC proficiency
  • This position may require travel including occasionally international
  • All prospective employees must pass a background check
  • Remote work location, with some travel to the US required.
  • Residency in Argentina is a must.
